paper bag making amchine is mainly for FOUR PIECES REINFORCED TOP CARD AND HAS SHEET

FEEDING. This machine is side gluing, roll folding, roll paper cutting, bottom folding,

bottom gluing, bottom forming, bag out in one line. It is easy to operate, high

efficient, stable and effectively save labor costs.

FUNCTIONS:

NON STOP FEEDER SECTION: pre stack device,easy to operate, saving working time, and

increase output efficiency rate.

SHEET ALIGH SECTION: double sheets auto detection,the machine auto stops if sheet are not

aligning well,decrease the waste rate a lot.

CREASING SECTION(THIN PAPER):the device is used for thin paper ranging from 130-170gsm.

those pre creased sheets can remove this function.

FIRST AND SECOND TOP CARD PASTING AND TOP FOLDING SECTION: auto water glue feeder gives

the operator more time to concentrate on other bag making processes. you could choose

first group top card pasting,or choose both first and second group,which make your paper

bag variety types.

TUBE FOLDING AND GUSSET FORMING SECTION:180 degree bag direction auto changing,flat

bottom folding,inline hole punching,this function could be removed as opetional

parts,just like LEGO.

BOTTOM CARD INSERT SECTION: auto bottom card pre load conveyor,save worker's time.double

sations for card taking,increase work efficiency,along with a touch screen for date fast

BOTTOM GLUDING SECTION: pre bottom opening,better for bottom squareness,adopts hot glue

guns full line spraing instead of point coating,which makes your bag bottom more firm and
