For high productivity and quality precision thermal paper roll slitting and rewinding machine, we proposed to place the thermal paper slitting machine onto a sheet of strong steel plate (flatbed surface) and to avoid unnecessary machine vibration during production.

 

The lower bolts are for leveling and can be adjusted by using the provided spanner to ensure equal leveling at all 4 corners of thermal paper slitting machine. Do place the leveler on the machine unwinding roll shaft, central of thermal paper slitting machine (on the top of tool kits compartment, on the back of slitting knives and then on the front of rewinding section. Once confirmed fully leveled, then fasten all bolts.

 

During unloading of mother paper rolls onto the machine for thermal paper rolls, used the leveler to check the unwinding paper roll again to ensure machine and paper roll is leveled before production. Standard level should be 0.1mm/M for rollers & 0.2mm/M for machine.

 

The above practice is highly important as to avoid unnecessary production problems and to ensure the thermal paper roll slitting machine safety care.

 

Clean all greasing parts and joints first and thereafter oil then again before starting of machine, general gear oil Q/SY1152-79.

 

To connect the air compressor – gas pressure 0.8mpa and 0.12m3 min. Seek assistance from air compressor supplier for connection.
