now more and more customer require our thermal paper roll making machine to assemble the device which can be automatic roll cutting and automatic glue spray, this year, our engineer decide to improve our thermal paper roll making machine.
our current thermal paper roll making machine has automatic inserting device, core inserting device etc, but it require the operator to roll cutting by hand after rolling, and then make glues by hand too.
in fact, this will spend too much time if by hand, so in order to save the operator's time and improve the working effiency of the client, we decide to assemble one device which can automatic roll cutting and glue spray automatically.
this device can be assemble on the top of the machine, like one mechanisam arm, after rolling, it can be automtaic glue and roll cutting one time from right to left.
through this device, it can be improve the working effiency of our thermal paper roll making machine too much.
